Brandon Wright

Brandon joined the Thomas B. Fordham Institute in 2013. He is the coauthor (with Chester E. Finn, Jr.) of the forthcoming book Failing our Brightest Kids: The Global Challenge of Educating High-Ability Students. His writing has also appeared in such publications as the Wall Street JournalSchool Administrator Magazine, and Education Next (forthcoming). He holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. from the University of Michigan, where he majored in political science and philosophy. While in law school, he clerked for an education law firm that advocates for students with special needs and was a senior staff member of the Administrative Law Review. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys reading, watching baseball, and spending time with his wife and his two dogs.
