Brandon Wright

Brandon joined the Thomas B. Fordham Institute in 2013. He is the coauthor (with Chester E. Finn, Jr.) of the book Failing our Brightest Kids: The Global Challenge of Educating High-Ability Students. His writing has appeared or will appear in places like the Wall Street Journal, NewsweekEducation Next, Education Week, AASA's School Administrator Magazine, and the Hoover Institution's Defining Ideas. He holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. from the University of Michigan. He has also clerked for an education law firm that advocates for students with special needs and was a senior staff member of the Administrative Law Review. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys reading, watching baseball, and spending time with his wife and his two dogs.
