Victoria Sears

Research Manager

Victoria Sears is the research manager at the Thomas B. Fordham Institute, where she helps develop and manage Fordham's research projects from inception to publication. A Washington, D.C. native, Victoria holds a bachelor's degree in Government from Cornell University and a master's degree in public policy from Vanderbilt University's Peabody College. Prior to joining Fordham, Victoria most recently worked at the Tennessee Department of Education, Vanderbilt University's National Center for Scaling Up Effective Schools, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in Seattle, Washington.
