Today, Fordham’s Ohio team is releasing a new report looking at a pay-for-performance teacher compensation program that is among the boldest in the country. Harrison School District 2, in Colorado Springs, is in the second year of an ambitious plan that has significantly overhauled teacher pay for this district of over 10,000 students.
