Lauren Mason
Research Intern
Lauren Mason is a research intern at the Thomas B. Fordham Institute. She is from a small town in Southwest Virginia and received a B.A. in psychology with a minor in literature from Randolph College in Lynchburg, Virginia. During her undergraduate career, she served as a research assistant for the psychology department and as a tutor for various English and psychology classes. She was involved in two research projects during her time at Randolph: an exploration of an evolutionary perspective on attraction, and her senior capstone, which looked at the impact of cell phones on perceived empathy.
